How to track my order?

On placing your order, you’ll receive a tracking number through an email from our specified courier partner consisting of your package’s tracking information.

If you’ve placed your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be dispatched during the next working day, so you can allow additional days to receive your tracking details.

Can I change the delivery address?

No, you cannot change your delivery address once the order status is ‘’Being Delivered’’. If your order hasn't been processed yet, only then can you request a cancellation. Then, you can place a new order with the correct delivery address.

What should I pay for the delivery charges?

The delivery service fee varies depending on the location & the products you purchased. To have an accurate estimate, kindly complete the checkout process while entering in your products & address at which you want your items to be delivered.

How to complain about a defective product?

We take the best possible measures to pack your order in a very safe manner, but since some products are very fragile, so they can get damaged during the way and in these scenarios, you are required to share the proof of damage within 3 hours of receiving those items, and we will need 4-5 working days to compensate you in form of the discount coupon as per the actual damage.

Can I edit my order once it’s placed?

No, you cannot currently add an item to your order after you have placed it. Nonetheless, if you've selected the receiving text message notifications you can add more products by replying to your personal shopper, or you can also place a second order with the same pickup/delivery time, you will not be charged any delivery/pickup fee.

How do I return a product?

Grandbarsha follows an open box policy to deliver goods to your doorstep. This offers you the freedom to return any product there & then if you are not happy or satisfied with the product. The delivery guy will take the returned products back.

How do I apply for a voucher?

You can apply for your voucher by following various steps:

  1. Use the Grandbarsha voucher code while selecting your payment method.
  2. Once you’re done, enter the voucher code in the blank field given below.
  3. You’ll notice a reduction in the total amount.
  4. This indicates your voucher has been applied to your current order.
  5. You may further proceed to confirm the order.

What is the exchange & return policy?

Yes, you can always return the item within 7 days of your purchase if you have not used/ opened the product. In case of any exchange or return, you’ll have to bear the shipping cost. This process will take approximately 7-10 days to process your refund/exchange after receiving back the products.

In case the product is broken, used, or opened then we have the authority to decline the refund or exchange.

Is my credit card information safe with you?

Yes, it is our top and foremost priority to keep one’s credit card information safe and secure. Please go through our commitment to security here: Security Policy.  To prevent any unauthorized access, we will ask you for your password to allow future use of your credit card, & your information is encoded before it is sent over the Internet. You may also opt to enter your credit card information every time you place an order.
