2. Partial Refund: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than those mentioned above, such as change of mind, you may be eligible for a partial refund. In such cases, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer and Grand Basha Department Store.
